His work was most recently heard in Mad Max: Fury Road, and fans may have heard his collaborations with Hans Zimmer on The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Man of Steel, as well as The Dark Knight Rises. He will continue in the universe of Batman as he provides certain “Batman-esque musical pieces” for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
Taken from Marvel Comics, Deadpool is a highly unconventional and irreverent anti-hero, and this movie tell his origin as Wade Wilson, a Special Forces operative who later became a mercenary, is altered after being subjected to an underground experiment that gives him incredible healing powers, much like Wolverine. Wade, with his new abilities and skills, along with his extremely dark and warped sense of humor, adopts the identity of Deadpool as he hunts for the man responsible for nearly destroying his life.
The movie stars Ryan Reynolds as Wade/Deadpool, T.J. Miller as Weasel, Gina Carano as Angel Dust, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Morena Baccarin as Copycat and Ed Skrein as Ajax. The mutant Colossus will also feature in this film, although it has been confirmed that Daniel Cudmore will not be reprising the character. It had been hoped that Hugh Jackman might wish to make a cameo appearance as Wolverine, although at this time it is uncertain as to whether or not he will appear.
Tim Miller is directing the movie from a script by Zombieland writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. This is the first Marvel superhero movie to be given the “R” rating, and Deadpool is scheduled for a release on February 12, 2016.
