First Look At Chris Pine As Steve Trevor

Chris Pine1Ever since Gal Gadot was cast as Wonder Woman in the upcoming Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice we have had plenty of images of Gadot as the Amazon princess. However the one character people have been wanting to see is the man who will be playing her love interest Steve Trevor, and that is co-star Chris Pine. That is until now.

A new photo from behind the scenes of Wonder Woman has revealed Pine in his World War I wardrobe as Steve Trevor. But it’s the source of this photo that also reveals a new cast member that we hadn’t heard about yet.

Reports have previously stated that the upcoming Wonder Woman movie would be set in present day, but in a story from Slash Film the picture that was recently tweeted shows Pine wearing World War I wardrobe. The pic is originally from French actor Saïd Taghmäoui (La Haine, Traitor, G.I. JOE : Rise Of Cobra, Three Kings) which he initially shared on his Facebook and Instagram, but was then curiously removed from both places. Luckily this is the Intenet, and as all people know, what happens on the Internet STAYS on the Internet. And with that, here it is.

It is unknown at this time as to the role Taghmäoui is playing, but as the picture shows his chair is right there along with Gadot and Pine, so it is presently assumed that his role is a significant one.

Lastly we still haven’t learned much of anything regarding any other supporting characters except for Nicole Kidman having been cast in the movie, playing an Amazonian warrior.

The movie is currently in production and is being directed by Patty Jenkins. There is little doubt that as filming continues more interesting bits of information will be released, and as always, we here at TG2 Studios will do our best to share them with you

Wonder Woman is slated to arrive on June 23, 2017.

Are you excited to see this movie? Is Chris Pine going to add another successful franchise notch to his list of work?
